Pharmaceutical Sciences play a significant role in raising the general health of the country, by contributing to greater life expectancy and better quality of life. World over, research scientist are still engaged in development of medicines.
The complexities of life and health care have grown out of proportion in the recent past. Our country's growing population has out spaced the available medicinal provisions. The pharmaceutical field needs to develop further with more R & D activities on new medicines and for bulk production of drugs to bring down the cost. Pharmacy education in the country was not as developed and cherished as other professional courses, but is now reckoned as most crucial for country's health and as prestigious as any other professional courses can claim for.
Pharmaceutical Sciences has wide scope in our country. To our knowledge, many Pharmacy graduates, post graduates and doctorates are highly placed in the Industry, Government and Professional fields with its growing importance to the Nation's health.
This makes it possible that our B.Pharm / M.Pharm students are placed in top ranking institutions and companies all over the world in their chosen career.
